The short version
The 26 chains are Waves StudioVerse (StudioRack) presets. They work in any DAW that can load Waves plugins, and they need the Waves plugins each chain uses. They are not stock-plugin presets for FL Studio, Ableton, Logic or any other DAW.

Your DAW and Waves versions must also meet Waves' own system requirements for your OS.
Plugins
Across all 26 chains, 35 Waves plugins are used. Most chains use 8–12. The most common are Waves Tune Real-Time, F6, C6, CLA-2A, Renaissance Compressor, DeEsser and Manny Marroquin Reverb. A Waves bundle or a Waves subscription usually covers them. Check each preset on the product page.

What happens if I'm missing a plugin?
StudioVerse still opens the chain, but the missing slot is empty, so the preset won't sound as designed. You can substitute a similar plugin you own (for example any de-esser for DeEsser), but results will differ.
Operating systems
Presets are plain .xps files and work on macOS and Windows wherever StudioVerse and the Waves plugins are installed.
