All CreatorAudioSuite™ products are digital downloads. Because files can't be returned once delivered, sales are generally final after you download. There is one important exception.
First-purchase compatibility guarantee (30 days)
On your first purchase, if the product cannot be installed or used because of a confirmed compatibility problem, we'll refund you when all of these apply:
- You contact us within 30 days of purchase;
- You give our support team a chance to help (DAW, OS, plugin versions and a screenshot help a lot); and
- We can't resolve the problem.
Not covered
- Not owning the Waves plugins listed on the product page. Requirements are shown before checkout and you confirm them at payment.
- Change of mind, or not liking the sound once installed.
Duplicate purchases
Bought the same product twice by accident? Tell us within 30 days and we'll refund the duplicate order.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where the law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
How to request a refund
- Email support@creatoraudiosuite.store from the address you used at checkout.
- Include the product name and a short description of the issue.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them. Your download access ends when a refund is issued.
