This policy explains what personal data Marbel Group LLC collects when you use this site or buy from us, and how we use it. We don't sell your personal data.
What we collect
- Order data: name, email address, billing country and payment status, received from our payment provider (Stripe) when you check out. We never receive your full card number.
- Support messages: anything you send us by email.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and events such as playing a demo or starting checkout). Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
If you visit from the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default: Google Analytics then only receives cookieless, aggregated signals. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays) so we can fix layout and usability problems. Clarity masks text you type and other sensitive content by default. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it runs without cookies. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement.
Some product pages include a SoundCloud player so you can hear the demos. When that page loads, SoundCloud may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
How we use it
- To process your payment and deliver your download;
- To send order and support emails;
- To prevent fraud and protect paid downloads; and
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: payment processing (Stripe), website hosting, file storage and transactional email. Each one processes data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting law, typically up to 7 years. Support emails are kept while useful to help you, then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain uses. Email support@creatoraudiosuite.store and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
