These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Marbel Group LLC, which sells under the CreatorAudioSuite™ brand (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to them along with our License, Refund policy and Privacy policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
Products and requirements
Our products are digital audio presets and files. Each product page lists its requirements, including any third-party software you need to own. It is your responsibility to check them before buying. Demos show example results; your results depend on your recording, equipment and settings.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.
- Taxes may be added at checkout where required.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or a breach of these terms, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.
Delivery
Products are delivered as downloads after payment is confirmed. See Digital delivery.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, try to access downloads you haven't paid for, or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimers
Products are provided “as is”, without guarantees of particular commercial or artistic results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
