When you buy a CreatorAudioSuite™ product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use it, on these terms.
You may
- Use the presets and files on unlimited projects: songs, beats, mixes, podcasts, videos, streams and client work.
- Release, sell and monetise the music and media you make with them, royalty-free, with no credit required.
- Install the files on the computers you personally use.
- Edit and save your own versions of the presets for your own use.
You may not
- Resell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the preset files or any part of the product, whether modified or unmodified.
- Include the files in other preset packs, templates, sample packs or products, free or paid.
- Share your download link or account access with others.
Third-party software
Presets may require third-party software (for example Waves plugins), which is licensed separately by its maker under its own terms. Your purchase does not include any third-party software. CreatorAudioSuite is not affiliated with or endorsed by Waves Audio Ltd. or any DAW maker; all product names are trademarks of their owners.
Ownership
The products remain the property of CreatorAudioSuite™ and its licensors. This license ends if you breach it or if your purchase is refunded or charged back.
